Fellowships Development

Fellowships Development is part of the multi-disciplinary Research Culture and Researcher Development team based in the Research Services Directorate

Led by Dr Rhoda Stefanatos, we are establishing a new university-wide Fellowships Framework which describes Glasgow's strategic approach to Fellowships, ensures parity and equity of opportunity and develops aspiring and current Fellows to advance their leadership, grow their research, achieve impact and actively contribute to a positive and open research culture.

Fellows are uniquely positioned as dual stakeholders under the Researcher Concordat as researchers and managers of researchers. As such our Fellowships Development work is strongly linked to and informed by institutional commitment to implement the Researcher Concordat outlined in our Concordat Action Plan. Our work to implement the Researcher Development Concordat is key for the delivery of our Research Strategy and on our Research Culture priorities

We work closely with the Research Culture, Researcher Development and InFrame teams. Read our Team blog - The Auditorium - to learn more about us, how we design initiatives, the theories and data that underpin our work, and our news and successes.
